Orders are only processed on a working day, for next working day delivery orders must be received before 16.30 Monday to Friday UK time.

You can check delivery of your order on the internet, we will send you an email confirming your order together with a web address and job number, emails are sent between 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Same day deliveries are arranged through a network of florists - flowers, delivery and charges may vary. Order before 12.00pm delivery surcharge £10.00. Only flowers can be delivered same day, gifts will be sent for next working day delivery.

Standard delivery for UK mainland between 08.00 - 20.00 - £4.50

AM delivery 08.00 - 12.00 -  £9.50
PM delivery 12.00 - 20.00 -  £9.50
Saturday - £14.50
Surcharge applies to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands - £10.00 next day not guaranteed

Orders received after 16.30 will be despatched the following working day for delivery the next working day.

Monday deliveries, orders must be received by 16.30 Friday.

Orders received Saturday & Sunday are dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

No deliveries are made on Sunday, or Bank Holidays.

Deliveries outside the UK are arranged through a network of florists - flowers, delivery and charges may vary. We can not send any of our gifts overseas.

NOTE All UK deliveries are made by courier and will be left at the delivery address, whether signed for or not.
Any complaints with either our goods or delivery must be made within 72 hours of the intended delivery time.

Delivery to Hospitals  Please be aware that now some hospitals do not accept fresh flowers into the wards, please check with the hospital you are sending flowers to before ordering. We cannot be held responsible if fresh flowers are refused by the hospital. Why not send silk flowers!

All perishable Next Day delivery goods may be cancelled up until 12PM on the working day prior to delivery.

The consumer can be asked to return the goods and will not be charged for returning them.

Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money to their account within 30 days of cancellation.

Orders for Same Day UK delivery may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. Orders placed for an International delivery may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the intended delivery date.
